Privacy & Context Sharing Guide

Important information about how agents, channels, and context work in this workspace. Please read before you start.

Why This Matters

Agents in this workspace have access to conversation context. Understanding how context is shared helps you keep sensitive information safe.

Main Agent (Shared Context)

The Main Agent in the General Channel is shared by everyone in the workspace. Its context — including all messages and files shared in General — is visible to all members.

⚠️ Do not share personal sensitive information (passwords, private account details, financial data) with the Main Agent in General. Anything you say there can be seen by the agent — and potentially referenced — for all members.

Private Agent (Your Own)

You can create your own Private Agent and connect your personal accounts (e.g., email, social media) to it. A Private Agent's context is limited to the channels it's invited to.
